The director of the project executed by IZI in Ethiopia presented at a seminar in Addis Ababa the results of the survey aimed at defining the starting conditions and the level of involvement of stakeholders, within the framework of the Project for the Development of National Infrastructure for Quality Certification. The analysis is the result of a survey on quality certification support services provided to national enterprises in three target production sectors: agro-industry, leather and textiles. The survey will serve as a benchmark for measuring the results of the Project, financed by the World Bank and implemented by the Ministry of Trade and Industry. The initiative benefited from IZI’s expertise in terms of data collection and survey methodologies.
