IZI is proud to have been selected by UNICEF Malaysia to conduct the Evaluation of the Pilot Project on Diversion, as part of the national juvenile justice reform.
The assignment is to evaluate the two-year experience of the project, which aims to introduce alternative measures to trial detention for children in conflict with the law into the national justice system.
The evaluation will be summative and formative, with a focus on the scalability of the Pilot Project in other areas of the country. IZI will provide a highly specialized team of evaluators and thematic consultants with strong local knowledge. In addition, the team will be supported by IZI’s in-house staff to analyze and systematize the data collected.
