A gap of only five points: the latest poll of regional candidates in Lombardy

Lombardy proves to be contestable, at least that’s what the figures tell us: Attilio Fontana remains in the lead but Pierfrancesco Majorino trails him, down five points.

The candidate Letizia Moratti continues to lose ground: from 14.8% she has gone down to 14%; she does not seem to have really jeopardised the centre-right coalition nor, on the other hand, to have eroded consensus on the left. This is the picture of the preferences expressed by the citizens of Lombardy in the last survey before electoral silence. La Repubblica, which published the polls conducted on Lombardy, also gave prominence to the abstention figure, which in fact exceeded 30% in the survey.

As we have already noted for the polls concerning Lazio, which will vote like Lombardy on 12 February, the consensus at regional level also seems to be weighed down by the decline suffered by Fratelli d’Italia at national level. See the full poll
