The service concerns the carrying out of independent evaluation activities in favour of the Managing Authority of the National Operational Programme Metropolitan Cities 2014-2020, with reference to the actions activated by the Metropolitan Cities and aimed at contributing to the mitigation of climate change through the efficiency upgrading of public lighting systems and public buildings.
