The activity consists in carrying out on-the-spot checks at the locations where the vocational training courses are organised by temporary employment agencies. The controls are carried out unannounced, throughout the national territory, at the venues indicated during the presentation of the training project.

The control is carried out on the contents of the activity, on the tools and equipment used, on compliance with the minimum service levels envisaged in relation to the type of training, on the methods of delivery of the activities and on compliance with the minimum frequencies envisaged by the Operating Manual provided by the Principal.

The contract envisages the performance of 7,500 inspections/year to be carried out over the entire national territory.
