“Natural Wine. Data and Perspectives in Italy and Lazio,’ produced by IZI on behalf of ARSIAL, the Regional Agency for Agricultural Development and Innovation in Lazio, in collaboration with Agro Camera, is the first regional report on natural wines in Lazio and is the result of two years of investigation and research conducted by IZI throughout Lazio.
The work was presented at the 9th edition of Excellence Food Innovation with Mario Ciarla, president of Arsial, Carlo Hausmann, director general of Agro Camera, Martino Bellincampi, who supervised the research at IZI, and the organiser of Excellence, Pietro Ciccotti.
Natural wine, with its increasingly sustainable production, is not a niche story, but has become a topic at the centre of the debate on sustainable development and the role of companies and the territory within the community.
