We are looking for a Medium Consultant to support our Evaluation Department, that carries out consultancies for international and national clients. The resource will be engaged on a professional basis, in view of a further involvement as permanent staff.

Main responsibilities:

• Support the drafting of technical components of bids and requests for services;
• Participate in the implementation of evaluations for national and international clients in different sectors;
• Manage day-to-day relationships with clients and stakeholders;
• Support project teams on methodological aspects, including quality control on reports;
• Collaborate to the business development and portfolio acquisition.

Specific requirements:

• Master’s degree in economics, statistics, international development, public policy or a related discipline;
• Three to five years of working experience in monitoring and/or evaluation of projects, preferably in the field of international cooperation;
• Good knowledge of Evaluation methodologies and OECD DAC principles;
• Experience in qualitative and quantitative data collection and analysis;
• Excellent oral and written English and Italian, fluency in at least another European language is a plus;
• Excellent writing skills, including editing and proofreading skills.
